Shipping rates (United States)
- Orders of $59 or more: FREE shipping
- Orders under $59: $5.95 flat rate

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 7–12 business days after they ship. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at support@aycliving.com and we'll make it right.
