30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your AYC Pro-Relief™ Knee Brace. If it doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You can return it even if you've tried it on and worn it.

How to start a return
1. Email us at support@aycliving.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the brace back and send us the tracking number.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
